Use of Credits in Campaigns

The Toolbox works with campaigns. A campaign corresponds to a template/layout.

You can attach any number of data files to a campaign.

One credit represents one PDF that is generated and remains available throughout the entire duration of a campaign.

Credits must be provided by you in order to publish a campaign. You cannot publish a campaign if you do not have enough credits.

When a campaign is changed to the status “Published”, the required credits for the campaign are initially reserved. You then have 6 cumulative hours during which you can repeatedly set the campaign back to the “Test” status. When you reset it, the credits are released again.

If the campaign’s cumulative time in the “Published” status exceeds 6 hours, the campaign automatically changes to the “Freeze” status. The credits are then definitively charged.

In the “Freeze” and “Published” statuses, your customers can access the PDFs. Only minimal changes can still be made to the campaign:

  • Replace the template in the campaign. Please note that this will affect all data files.
  • Add new data files. In this case, the credits are charged directly, and the import will only succeed if enough credits are available.
  • End the campaign, which means your customers will lose access to the PDF files.

Buying Credits

The prices are progressive in reverse. This means that the cost per credit decreases as the quantity increases. It is therefore worth purchasing larger quantities, as this can give you a significant price advantage.

You can find the price table once you have registered in the Toolbox.

You can purchase credits in the Toolbox and pay by credit card. We currently support CHF and will also support euros in the future.

The Toolbox lists your credits, usage, and reservations.
