How does TailorPDF work?

This is the general process in detail.
  1. TailorPDF is a service that allows you to personalize PDF templates and makes them available as permalinks.
  2. Create campaigns with a predetermined duration.
  3. Use your laid-out PDFs as forms.
  4. Upload a list for personalization.
  5. We support up to 200,000 personalized PDFs per campaign.
  6. Done.

What we do for you:

  • TailorPDF generates a unique, unpredictable URL for each personalized PDF.
  • Optional and at no additional cost: downloads from your domain.
  • The PDFs are generated on demand, i.e., when the URL is accessed.
  • Download the personalized list including URLs and send emails using your infrastructure.
  • You can download all PDFs, but this is not absolutely necessary, as the PDFs are only generated when needed and the campaign runs for as long as you want. This allows you to avoid unnecessary storage requirements.
  • The URLs are available for the entire duration of the campaign.
  • PDFs are automatically protected by a secure password while printing and saving the files is permitted.
  • Additional protection against manipulation for your PDFs: A genuine check with QR code will be provided.
