What is TailorPDF?

  1. TailorPDF is a service that allows you to personalise PDF templates and makes them available as permalinks.
  2. Create campaigns with a predetermined duration.
  3. Use your laid-out PDFs as forms.
  4. Upload a list for personalisation.
  5. We support up to 200,000 personalised PDFs per campaign.
  6. Done. That is all what you need.

What we do for you:

  • TailorPDF generates a unique, unpredictable URL for each personalised PDF.
  • Optional and at no additional cost: downloads from your domain.
  • The PDFs are generated on demand, i.e., when the URL is accessed.
  • Download the personalised list including URLs and send emails using your infrastructure.
  • You can download all PDFs, but this is not absolutely necessary, as the PDFs are only generated when needed and the campaign runs for as long as you want. This allows you to avoid unnecessary storage requirements.
  • The URLs are available for the entire duration of the campaign.
  • PDFs are automatically protected by a secure password while printing and saving the files is permitted.
  • Additional protection against manipulation for your PDFs: A genuine check with QR code will be provided.
  • Include TTF fonts when they accept the integration into PDF files.
  • API integration for your general tasks.
  • Statistics about downloaded files.
